Order Processing

• Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled as production begins immediately.
• We encourage you to carefully review your order details, including measurements and specifications, before finalizing your purchase.
Exceptions
• In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
• Items that have been installed, used, or altered in any way are not eligible for a refund.
